Grace and Clark Boutique Return Policy
At Grace and Clark Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
- Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards and personal care items (such as cosmetics) are non-returnable.
How to Process a Return:
- Request a Return: Email us at returns@graceandclark.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship It Back: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Please ensure the items are securely packaged.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds will be sent as store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@graceandclark.com within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
